The premixed bucket glazing material can be used indoors on the HARZO-Trowel Glazing Material to create a smooth surface. It can also be worn on other gypsum-based, dried, smoothly glazed foundations for the purpose of creating a mirror-smooth surface. It retains its shape up to a layer thickness of 0-0.5 mm, it is well sandable. The HARZO Finish Mirror filler makes it an excellent base for marble and other decorations.
Even without grinding, a mirror-smooth base can be made!
Drying time:
At an air temperature of 22 °C, at a thickness of 0-0.5 mm, it forms a hard, flexible surface that can be easily sanded after 2-4 hours. Surface condition: The base surface must be clean, powdery, firm and wearable. Anti-adhesion agents must be removed from the base surface. It is recommended that you check the properties of the base surface by performing a test fix.
Application:
With hand-trowel tool approx. up to 0-0.5 mm thickness. Before use, the substance should be mixed to a creamy consistency. The material should only be applied at a temperature of 8-30 °C. After drying, it can be sanded and then repainted with any aqueous dispersion or solvent paint.
Dilution:
does not need to be diluted.
Coverage:
About 100-180 g/m2/layer in thickness of 0.5 mm, depending on the surface.
