The pre-mixed bucket HARZO Trowel Filler material is a convenient, practical solution. It is not necessary to move heavy bags, mix with water, dust and, most importantly, there is no unnecessary loss of material, because the material does not bind in the bucket!
Premium smoothness, flexible, strong glazing material, for pre-painting glazing, indoors, plastered wall, drywall, concrete, metal based on anti-corrosion, aluminium, zinc, OSB sheet, and at the junctions of these surfaces for repair, glazing, up to 0-3 mm thickness. It can be applied in one or more layers, retains its shape, is well sanded. Drying time: At an air temperature of 22 °C, at a thickness of 3 mm, after 2-4 hours it forms an easy-to-sand hard, flexible surface.
Surface status:
The base surface must be clean, dust-free, firm and wearable. Anti-adhesion agents must be removed from the base surface. It is recommended that you check the properties of the base surface by performing a test fix.
Application:
With hand-trowel tool approx. up to 0-3 mm thickness. Before use, the substance should be mixed to a creamy consistency. The material should only be applied at a temperature of 8-30 °C. Filling a recess of 2-3 mm is sufficient in one layer, in which case it is necessary to take into account the meaningful extension of the drying time. After drying, it can be sanded, and then repainted with any aqueous dispersion or solvent paint.
Dilution:
Up to 3% with water if the workflow requires it.
Coverage:
In a thickness of 1 mm, about 0.6-0.8 kg/m2/layer, depending on the surface.
